4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are listed in USD or AED (as applicable) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made in full before project commencement unless a written agreement specifies alternative terms.
5. Service Delivery
Delivery timelines vary depending on the service scope and project complexity. TEORAMA will communicate estimated delivery schedules upon order confirmation and keep clients informed of any updates.
6. Revisions & Modifications
Clients are entitled to the number of revisions included in their selected service package. Additional revisions or change requests outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
7. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and materials created by TEORAMA remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Upon completion and payment, ownership and usage rights are transferred to the client as defined in the project agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding project-related data, business information, and personal details shared during the course of the project.
9. Limitation of Liability
TEORAMA SOFTWARE DESIGN CO. L.L.C. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products. The company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
10. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are only applicable if the project has not yet started or if a technical error on our side prevents delivery. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

TEORAMA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
